Terms & Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FISHING FLIES STORE website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2 Products & Pricing

All our fishing flies are hand-tied and subject to natural variation. Product images are as accurate as possible but minor differences in color and size may occur.

• All prices are listed in the displayed currency and are Wholesale per Dozen unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you with alternatives or a full refund.

3 Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products subject to these terms.

• Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and verified.
• We accept M-Pesa (Kenya), credit/debit cards, PayPal, Flutterwave, and Paystack (international).
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — it is a receipt of your offer.

4 Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from our workshop in Kenya. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Domestic (Kenya): 2-4 business days. Free shipping on orders over KSh 10,000.
• International: 5-14 business days depending on destination.
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control.

5 Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
